Die Musik von Bilja Krstić und ihrem Bistrik Orchestra ist ein Mix aus traditioneller ethnischer Musik,  A-cappella-Songs und Ethno-Grooves mit Elementen der Improvisation und moderner Musik. Ihr Ziel ist es, Folklore in zeitgenössische Kunst zu übertragen; ihre Aufführungen wollen das Herz wecken und vergessene Gefühle wiederaufleben lassen und neue Energie hinzufügen.

They contain a part of me and I am sure that each and every one of them will find a receptive listener who will recognise my intentions – sincere, simple and straight from my heart.
