The renowned label for jazz and world music intuition, which was founded in Cologne in 1995, has occupied a place in the building of its parent company, Schott Music in Mainz since January 2002. In 2000 intuition was united under the roof of Schott Music & Media, together with the New Music label WERGO. The managing director of Schott Music & Media is Rolf W. Stoll.
